Nicki and her team at Maid in England have been cleaning for us for nearly five and a half years now. We inherited them from the family who previously owned our house and they have stayed with us ever since.There are four reasons why we have stuck with them:
First of all they clean well and work hard. Their standard of cleaning and hygiene is high and they are very thorough. Over five years they have not got lazy and our house gets a good clean every week. In a rare moment, when I have asked if something could be improved or done differently, they have been quick to act and done so with a positive attitude.
Secondly, they are flexible. In a busy family household, sometimes we might need to change the day they come to clean on a adhoc basis or more permanently. In addition, some weeks we might need extra cleaning, help with the ironing pile or a particular job. In all cases, they are quick to repond to requests and help out whenever they possibly can.
